We will, however, need to know the dimensions of the venue in advance to provide ample sound for your event. For outdoor presentations, you may need to provide adequate staging and sound equipment to ensure the best presentation and sound possible. We can discuss this when you call. A suitable space for wardrobe change is requested at all venues. (Please, no flowers in dressing areas.) Compensation: We are very interested in making this presentation available to not-for-profit organizations to be utilized as a fundraising event, in which case, a portion of the performance fee will be donated to your (501c-3) charity. Performance fees are negotiable - we will be happy to discuss your needs. In all cases, travel expenses (outside of the Charlotte NC metro area) are requested to be covered and, should it require an overnight stay, we request hotel accommodations, as applicable: one-night accommodation, minimally a double-room, confirmed through (at least) a 3-star hotel two weeks prior to the appearance date. Market value compensation for hotel accommodations may be remitted instead if event planner wishes to defer this to The Loner Group. Note regarding demos: The songs should launch on your PC using Windows Media Player.
